F1R3FLY Limited ("F1R3FLY", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 4–5 Langham Place, London, W1B 3DG. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@f1r3fly.com.
If you use the form on our Get in Touch page, we collect the details you provide: your name, organization, email address, contact number, and anything you choose to tell us in advance of a conversation. If you email or call us directly, we collect the information contained in that correspondence. Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request; we use these only for security and to keep the site running.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google's own privacy policy governs that processing.
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for calls or meetings you have requested, and continue any conversation you start with us. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you have asked us to do something specific, taking steps at your request. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, we do not send marketing communications without your consent, and we never sell personal information.
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us operate – such as our email, hosting, and scheduling providers – and only to the extent needed to handle your enquiry. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If any of our providers process data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry information for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to a discussion, after which it is deleted. Correspondence that forms part of a business relationship is kept for as long as that relationship, and any legal retention requirements, demand.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict our processing of it; and to receive a copy of it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email info@f1r3fly.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
